Our Story
White Elm Spa was founded by Kayla Nelson & Gabriella Marr in 2019. They worked together for five years in a top esthetics spa where they fell in love with the industry. As their friendship grew, they realised both wanted to start a business they could call their own, so why not do it together.
White Elm Spa was born.
They’ve built the business together from the start. As new entrepreneurs, they had a lot to learn. It began with the creation of their beautiful space. They chose the product lines, set up the systems, including the reservation and payment system. Then they hired their incredible team. And they built the website and social media platforms.
They’ve worked hard to deliver the best service possible in a competitive industry. While they’ve had their challenges—construction delays and that thing called COVID—they’ve loved every part of the journey.
And there is so much more to come on the journey in the years ahead.
